Having experienced, anxiety, low self esteem, lack of self confidence and in general found life quiet challenging, our founder  James found help and found Mindfulness in 2007, since then he has gone on to create a much better life and personal success where Mindfulness play's a major part in this transformation. He trained under leading Mindful experts, such as Megan Cowan (Co-Founder of Mindful Schools) and the team at mindful schools, studying world renowned mindful practitioner's and scientist's, like Jon-Kabatt Zinn, Dr Dan Siegel, Jon Kabat-Zinn, Thich Nhat Hanh.

​Using all of this training and experience in mindfulness and the workings of the mind, James has hosted 1,000's of hours of mindfulness, giving Mindful based workshops, retreats and courses, helping real people with real problems to create better lives.

It's our passion to pass this knowledge, learning  and understanding of mindfulness to many, in the hope of having a positive impact for themselves and others.
