What is Mindfulness?
In our opinion the definition of mindfulness is very simple:
Mindfulness is where you take back control of your thoughts and are more aware of everything around you with

no judgement just being there in the present moment. Nothing is good or bad it just is.

Knowing what is going on inside of you, right here, right now.
We know this may sound impossible because of the years in which we are living in now and that it is not possible

for us all to just retreat to a mountain top and escape our daily problems and leave them all behind.

We like Jon Kabat-Zinn’s definition of mindfulness: “Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way;
On purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgmentally.”

John, if you haven’t heard of him, is a famous teacher of mindfulness meditation and  the founder of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center.

Our 3hr Workshop

“Introduction to Mindfulness & Self Development” will be a day totally around you.

A wonderful relaxing day where you will understand the benefits or taking some YOU time using mindfulness

and the different ways you can use it.  You will learn and practice different variations of mindfulness techniques.

This day is not about us lecturing for 3 hrs, it is about you gaining personal experience and understanding.

You will be able to discuss your experience and learn how you can put mindfulness into daily practice for your

own greater well-being.
