Our wonderful primary school curriculum introduces mindfulness in a gentle and playful manner. All classes are engaging and interactive. Children become aware of how their breath can help them self calm and regulate.
They learn the power and joy of kindness and generosity. Awareness of how they feel in their bodies allows them to better understand their emotions. We explore how their thoughts can affect their mood and how they react. We learn skills to self regulate and practice real-life scenarios of how we can use these skills.
Children love the fun and lighthearted nature of the classes. They learn valuable life skills that will support their mental, emotional and social development. Understanding how interconnected we all are enables children to become compassionate and caring individuals.
Planting the seeds of mindfulness in our children will help foster well adjusted, compassionate and happy adults of the future.

Classes are currently offered in pre-primary and primary schools in Galway.
Teacher training is available nationwide upon request.
