The course is offered to students in schools to compliment the wellbeing schools initiative 

We also facilitate  mindful teacher sessions to nurture and support the wellbeing of teachers

This programme is also available in small group settings and 1-1 sessions for adults and teens.

It will be facilitated at varying venues in the Galway area of Ireland upon request.

Our 12-week Teen Programme is suitable for secondary school students and adults.  It is a Mindfulness course to foster and nurture the wellbeing of our young people. It is a personal journey of self-awareness, self-regulation and self-compassion. It also focuses on interpersonal awareness, relationship skills and compassion for others. It nurtures the development of gratitude, empathy, and recognizes common humanity. This programme contributes to the development of responsible and connected individuals who are respectful, aware and compassionate.
